Cancellation Policy:

At least a 12-hour notice is required to cancel any appointment through the booking website. Just follow the link to move or cancel your appointment. If it’s after that 12 hour mark, just send an email or text letting me know what’s going on, & we’ll get you moved around.

A 50% deposit is required when booking all appointments.. The deposits are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged the remaining 50% of the service booked to the card on file.

No-call no-shows will also result in being banned from online booking. 100% of the service will be required for future bookings.
